Likes and Dislikes

Likes:

• "I like that it's close to old town and that most of the houses down here are unique and don't follow the cookie cutter trend. The neighbors are a lot cooler than in most other neighborhoods I've seen, the lots have a lot of room so you have good side yards and back yards, and we are just a stones throw from the river and the bike trail."."- Stephen Winter

Dislikes :

• "the downside is that stupid lightrail is loud and brings alot of sketchy people in"- D.j. Fallon

• "I hate the low income housing they built by us, they haven't been a problem for us though. It's a bitch to get to the newer part of Folsom because east bidwell and riley are still clogged up with traffic despite the building of the bridge. The plumbing is freaking archaic too, but that's probably more of a house to house problem. Any parking we have gets taken during the markets down on sutter st, and you likely will find someone passed out on your lawn after Folsom Live. Also, freeway access sucks since it's on the other side of town, it can take 20 minutes to even get to the on ramp during rush hour."- Stephen Winter
