Keller Williams is selling the most houses out of this area, but there are many other independent sellers. On Zilliow there are many listings of people that have their house on there with the ‘make me move’.  From what I could tell about Keller Williams is that the have a really good history. I gave them a call to find out more information on the house in this area and i was more than pleased with the response and the help i got. I asked if they deal with home downs here often and she, Gayle Tanner, said that they do but right now the market is slow. Just like the rest of the market Old Folsom is affected to. But that's not always a bad thing 'cause the prices now aren't going to be this low again in the future. So it could be a nice investment now which you would really benefit from later. They have had success in this housing market because they have been persistent and loyal to whom they have come in contact with.
