Potential Buyer and Seller

The Seller: The seller in area like this would most likely be older because the people that live in these houses rarely move. The probably raised there family in the house and it most likely has the scars to show it. most of the houses in this area do not have front lawns so there might be some over grown brush. They cant keep up with the house work and they will probably have to get rid of there dog too. They plan on moving into an old folks home or with there kids to kelp them out. Plus it was hard to pay all the bills with only retirement from one spouse.

The Buyer: A younger family, around early 30s, with a child on the way. They are looking for a small house close to his new job at city hall. They like the fact that there isn't much yard work do cause the lots are smaller. They have always wanted pets but didn't think they would want one with a new born the way. This young couple has heard a lot about what Old town has to offer and they have falling in love with the community. The view from there, potential, front yard was worth all the money in the world and they loved the fact that every day was a history lesson. They were even encouraged by the resources around to pick up new hobbies.
